Timeframe: Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange, return, or refund.
Replacement Policy
Eligibility:
o Available for products damaged in transit or those with less than 50% of their shelf life remaining (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
o Quality concerns are subject to internal verification.
Exclusions:
o No replacement for expired or used products.
Return Policy
Non-Returnable Products:
o Products are generally non-returnable except in cases of incorrect or damaged items received.
Refund Policy
Eligibility:
o Refunds are issued for quality issues or order cancellations.
• Methods of Refund:
o Refunds can be processed via E-Vouchers, Gift Cards, or direct Bank Transfer.
o E-Vouchers and Gift Cards are redeemable on subsequent purchases within their validity period.
o Bank refunds are processed within 7-8 business days.
Conditions:
o Refunds are only credited to the customer's bank account; cash refunds are not available for COD orders.
o Refunds are initiated upon the physical receipt of the returned shipment. Items lost during self-shipment are not eligible for refunds.
