Product Return and Replacement Policy

Notification and Investigation Process In the event of a problem with the product, it will undergo an investigation within 48 to 72 hours. It is imperative that any issues be reported to us via Phone or Email within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Our team will conduct a thorough investigation prior to approving any refund or replacement requests.

Parcel Acceptance Guidelines Customers are advised not to accept the parcel if the outer box appears to be tampered with or damaged. This precaution ensures that any potential issues are identified immediately upon delivery.

Claiming Damages To claim damages for the product, an unboxing video is mandatory. This video serves as proof of the product's condition upon receipt. If the investigation finds no issues with the product, the same item will be returned to the customer, and shipping charges will be applied.
