At Staunch Pharma, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Here's a quick overview of our replacement, return, and refund policies for online purchases:

Replacement:
- Available for transit damage or products with < 50% shelf life (reported within 24 hours).
- Quality concerns subject to internal verification.
- No replacement for expired or used products.
Return:
- Products are non-returnable except for incorrect or damaged items.
Refund:
- Issued for quality issues or order cancellation.
- Refunds via E-Vouchers/Gift Card/Bank transfer.
- E-Vouchers redeemable on next purchase within validity.
- Bank refunds processed in 7-8 business days.
- Refunds only to customer's bank account.
- Cash refunds not available for COD orders.
- Refunds initiated upon physical receipt of returned shipment; lost self-shipped items not eligible.
